This Cookie Policy explains how SendtoWin LLC, operator of SendTech ("SendTech," "we," "our," or "us"), uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies on www.sendtech.ai ("Website"). Read it with our Website Privacy Policy at https://www.sendtech.ai/legal/privacy-policy. The SendtoWin website at www.sendtowin.com and the SendTech app at app.sendtech.ai have their own privacy disclosures and settings.
1. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES?
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Local storage and session storage also save information in the browser. Scripts and cookieless measurement can send usage information without saving cookies. This Policy covers these technologies, which do not all follow the same controls.
2. TECHNOLOGIES WE USE
2.1 Necessary Storage and Hosting
Storage remembering cookie selections and basic security or Website functions remains available regardless of your analytics choice. Hosting and content-delivery providers process connection information to deliver the Website.
2.2 PostHog Analytics and Attribution
After Accept, PostHog uses a first-party cookie and browser storage to measure visits, clicks, clicked-element text, heatmaps, page performance, device and browser information, referrals, campaigns and approximate country. We also use session storage to remember the first referring source, campaign information or landing page and add that information to links to the SendtoWin website at www.sendtowin.com or the SendTech app at app.sendtech.ai. This hand-off storage and addition of attribution to links operate only after Accept on this Website. Links from the SendtoWin website may also carry attribution information under that website's own Accept choice. Each destination applies its own privacy choices; marketing-site acceptance does not enable app recording.
Outside the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Canada, limited cookieless PostHog measurement operates before a choice and after Reject. It measures Website usage without cookies or browser storage, uses a daily-changing value to count visitors, and does not store IP addresses or location. In those listed regions, when the region cannot be determined, and for browsers sending Global Privacy Control, PostHog remains off until an affirmative Accept selection permitted by applicable law. Approximate country from hosting information, with device time zone as a fallback, determines the regional settings.
2.3 Framer Cookieless Statistics
Framer provides separate built-in statistics on visits and referrals without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. These statistics operate in every region regardless of Accept, Reject or Global Privacy Control. They are separate from PostHog and from Framer's hosting functions.
2.4 Typeform
The form on /sendtech-api uses Typeform. Loading a form enables its cookies, respondent and visitor analytics, and associated providers such as RudderStack and Datadog. In the regions and browsers requiring prior permission under Section 2.2, forms remain blocked until Accept or a separate informed choice to load the form. Elsewhere, forms may load automatically before a cookie selection. Selecting Reject blocks the forms and further embedded Typeform tracking in every region. A subsequent Accept selection or a separate choice to load the form after seeing the cookies and usage-data disclosure permits the form and its associated technologies to load. Choosing to load Typeform separately does not change your PostHog analytics selection.
3. COOKIE AND TECHNOLOGY SUMMARY
The following groups describe our material technologies. Names containing a project token or a variable ending differ by project or session. Durations are approximate and may depend on browser or provider settings.

PostHog's cookie is scoped to .sendtech.ai and may be sent by the browser to its subdomains, including app.sendtech.ai. The app does not use PostHog or use this cookie for tracking. This cookie is not sent to sendtowin.com. We do not use Website session replay or advertising pixels.
4. YOUR CHOICES
Our Cookie Preferences banner offers Accept and Reject. Accept enables PostHog cookies, related storage and the campaign hand-off, and permits Typeform forms to load. Reject disables those optional PostHog cookies and storage, stops the campaign hand-off, and blocks Typeform forms and further embedded Typeform tracking worldwide. A subsequent Accept selection or a separate informed choice to load a Typeform form can enable that form and its associated technologies as described in Section 2.4. Before a cookie selection, PostHog cookies and campaign hand-off storage remain disabled; Typeform follows the regional loading settings in Section 2.4. Limited cookieless PostHog measurement may continue where described in Section 2.2. Framer's separate cookieless statistics continue regardless of the banner selection.
You may reopen the banner through Cookie Preferences in the Website footer. A changed selection applies to future optional collection and does not automatically delete information already collected. Global Privacy Control applies the prior-permission settings in Section 2.2; it does not switch off Framer's cookieless statistics. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Website selections do not determine the SendtoWin website's cookie choices or the SendTech app's own recording or privacy settings.
5. BROWSER CONTROLS
Your browser may let you view, block or delete cookies and browser storage. Deleting a saved choice may cause the banner to appear again. Blocking necessary technologies may affect Website or form functionality. Browser cookie controls do not necessarily stop cookieless measurement or server processing.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
PostHog provides analytics; Framer provides hosting and cookieless statistics; Typeform and its associated providers supply forms and related technologies. Cloudflare supplies hosted media. Framer also may open a technical connection to Google's font server even though Website font files are hosted through Framer. These providers receive information as described in the Website Privacy Policy and their own applicable notices. Their controls differ as explained in this Policy.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technologies, practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent.
